One of the most common questions I get is, “What do I wear for my photo session?”

Clothes that fit you well are flattering and make you look more professional. Solids are better than patterns (as they can be distracting). For men, a button-down and jacket usually fits the bill. Nothing with visible logos. Simple jewelry and makeup is best. These are guidelines—not hard and fast rules—so we can adjust to what is most appropriate and matches best the purpose of the photos. Most importantly, you want to be comfortable with what you’re wearing and that it reflects your personal style.
